One of our founding princples is to avoid making the same mistakes we experienced while working at large studios: red tape, corporate politics and making simple things complicated. Since then we've been carefully walking the line, balancing efficiency and hard work with quality of life. We respect each other's time and we don't use crunch in planning projects. We believe in informality without chaos, efficiency without burnout.
Expect to learn, to challenge yourself and be challenged because it makes our games better, not because some business guy sold a piece of impossible BS to a publisher.
We work from a modern but cozy office literally a minute away from the Stokłosy Metro Station in the south of Warsaw.
If you think you'd be a good fit for our team but there's nothing specific for you at this time, feel free to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org but please note, we don't offer entry-level positions.
